Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 26, 2025
These Terms apply when you use our website to request quotes, book services, or otherwise engage with us for kitchen/bath remodeling and flooring installation. By doing so, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We offer kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and flooring installation services. All work is confirmed via signed service agreements specifying scope, pricing, and schedule.
2. Estimates & Booking
-
Completing a contact form or requesting an estimate does not create a binding contract.
-
Work only begins after you sign a formal written agreement, which will include deposit and payment terms.
3. Deposits & Florida Law (§489.126 Compliance)
-
For residential projects, initial deposits over 10% of the contract price or $1,000 (whichever is less) trigger the following requirements:
-
We will apply for necessary permits within 30 days of receiving the deposit (unless no permit is required).
-
We will commence work within 90 days of permit issuance, unless you agree in writing to a longer timeframe.
-
-
If we fail to meet these deadlines, you may send a certified mail demand requesting that we apply for permits, begin work, or issue a refund. If we do not respond within 30 days, the law considers it a serious violation—potentially enforceable as theft under Florida law.
4. Site Terms vs. Service Contract
These Terms govern your use of this website. All project-specific details (scope, deposits, warranties, deadlines, and liability) are governed by your signed Service Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos) is our property. You may not copy, distribute, or publish any material without our written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website (e.g., spamming, hacking, or posting harmful content). Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limitations
-
The website is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
-
We are not liable for damages exceeding $100 or the amount you've paid, whichever is greater.
-
Any dispute about services is governed by the signed Service Agreement.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
-
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
-
Website-related disputes will first use informal resolution, then mediation, and finally arbitration in Orange County, FL, if needed.
-
Service-related disputes are subject to terms in your signed agreement.
9. Updates
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Severability
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms stays in effect.
